Theatre In Education (T.I.E.) Techniques for Youth Workers was a project to help European Youth Trainers who would like to improve their communication skills. By using drama conventions as an informal way of education, trainers were able to support in a better way their own group. These methods can be used as an alternative way when dealing with youngsters. Besides, we also worked to evolve this project into an Action 3 network. The participant countries were Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Latvia and Malta. The project senior workshop leader was Patrick Vella. Other workshop leaders were Tyrone Grima and Roderick Vassallo. Graziella Galea Pirotta coordinated the project.
